We're a small studio and we'd rather you spent your time playing than reading this, so we keep it short. We collect as little about you as we can.
Who we are
Wye Trail Games is an independent games studio based in the Wye Valley, UK. If you have any questions about your information, email us at info@wyetrailgames.com.

When you email us
If you email us, including through a "Get notified at launch" link, we'll use your email address and message only to reply to you or to let you know when that game launches. We won't sell or share it, and we'll delete it whenever you ask.
Our games
Each of our games will have its own privacy details listed here before it's released, covering what the game stores and anything it shares. We try to collect as little information about you as possible so that you don't need to dismiss loads of privacy notifications and can just enjoy playing the games.
Sometimes the data requests are outside of our control, and when this happens you'll see it clearly written in our privacy statements and have a notification to inform you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete any information we hold about you. Just email info@wyetrailgames.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
